I think Sheldon said something along those lines. Is that correct?

Easy one.

"I only regret that I have but one life to give for my country."

Nathan Hale said that. A true American hero.

TV Quote

"We brought you some shampoo"
"Because we couldn't get any real poo"

Those lines were said by two separate people, I will take either and if it gets too tough, I will take the show in which it was said. It was a popular show by the way, but this one might be a bit difficult. As an aside, I actually ran into the actor who said the second line while in DFW airport on a layover. I mentioned the line to him and asked him if he wrote it. He laughed and said yes he did.

The TV Show was MASH, the first line was Hawkeye, the second was BJ.

Ok, how about a song:

Sleep with one eye open
Gripping your pillow tight

Paranoia strikes deep
Into your life it will creep

Ok, it looks like no one was able to get this. So I'll give it up.

Buffalo Springfield - For What It's Worth 1967

There's something happening here
What it is ain't exactly clear
There's a man with a gun over there
Telling me I got to beware

I think it's time we stop, children, what's that sound
Everybody look what's going down

There's battle lines being drawn
Nobody's right if everybody's wrong
Young people speaking their minds
Getting so much resistance from behind

It's time we stop, hey, what's that sound
Everybody look what's going down

What a field-day for the heat
A thousand people in the street
Singing songs and carrying signs
Mostly say, hooray for our side

It's s time we stop, hey, what's that sound
Everybody look what's going down

Paranoia strikes deep
Into your life it will creep

It starts when you're always afraid
You step out of line, the man come and take you away

We better stop, hey, what's that sound
Everybody look what's going down
Stop, hey, what's that sound
Everybody look what's going down
Stop, now, what's that sound
Everybody look what's going down
Stop, children, what's that sound
Everybody look what's going down
