Today marks the 76th anniversary of Pearl Harbor. So few survivors remain.

So few (not here) seem to care any more. I didn't speak to anybody who even mentioned it. How sad.

Yes it a shame

I studied it and I did a history paper on it (Another A- Teacher claimed I stopped, well it was only supposed to be 10 pages!!! )

Still watch programs on it to this day

General Isoroku Yamamoto: I fear all we have done is to awaken a sleeping giant and fill him with a terrible resolve.
Commander Rasczak: Starship Troopers This is for all you new people. I have only one rule. Everybody fights, no one quits. If you don't do your job, I'll shoot you myself! Welcome to the Roughnecks!

I was on the phone with my dad the evening of 7th and I realized what day it was. Then I realized there had been virtually no news coverage of it in the days preceding or on the 7th itself. We are too busy these days correcting all the injustices of the world such as people playing grab ass 30 years ago and erasing history rather than looking back on it and remembering it and maybe preventing these things from happening again.
