| New tactic I guess, wait 'til he tires himself out then walk up to him and handcuff him. I'd still rather see the chase'n'tackle, or even better, the taser treatment, at least there's some deterrent to others those ways. This way encourages it, if anything - you know you're going to jail the second you hop the wall, knowing there's going to be pain involved might give some second thoughts. |
